Purple Sunset
A cocktail with rosemary and lavender syrup.

- Rosemary sprig — 1 sprig
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
- Lavender sugar syrup — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Lavender sugar syrup — 7.5 ml
- Prosecco sparkling wine — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE rosemary in base of shaker.
- Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Carefully POUR remaining lavender syrup and then TOP with prosecco.
