Port Light
A cocktail with honey and passion fruit.

- แก้ว: Martini glass

- ตกแต่ง: Float half passion fruit
- ABV: 16%
ส่วนผสม
- Honey — 2 spoon
- Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
- Passion fruit — 2 fresh
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Giffard Grenadine syrup — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR honey with bourbon in base of shaker to dissolve honey.
- Cut passion fruit in half and scoop flesh into shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
