A cocktail with cognac and apricot brandy.

• แก้ว: Martini glass
• น้ำแข็ง: Ice
• ตกแต่ง: Orange zest twist and 2 drops of bitter on foamy head (spread with a cocktail stick)
• ABV: 20%

ส่วนผสม

• Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 22.5 ml
• Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur — 22.5 ml
• De Kuyper Apricot Brandy liqueur — 22.5 ml
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
