Pisco Punch (Difford's recipe)
A refreshing punch cocktail based on pisco and pineapple juice.

- Clove — 2 dried
- BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco — 50 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Brut Champagne — 20 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker.
- ADD next five ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with champagne.
