Peppermint Vanilla Daiquiri
A cocktail with rum, mint liqueur, and freshly squeezed lime juice.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
- Galliano L'Autentico liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe — 7.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
