Pear Flower
A cocktail with pear vodka and grapefruit juice.

- Pear flavoured vodka — 45 ml
- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 15 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 10 ml
- White caster sugar — 2 spoon
วิธีทำ
- Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled martini glass and coat with sugar.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into glass.
