A cocktail with rum and juice.

- Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years — 45 ml
- Nardini Amaro — 30 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- (If you don't have Nardini Amaro then sub with Ramazzotti Amaro or Averna Amaro.)
