A cocktail with gin and apricot brandy with a light texture.

- Rutte Dry Gin — 50 ml
- De Kuyper Apricot Brandy liqueur — 20 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Giffard Grenadine syrup — 5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
