Onion Ring Martini
A unique cocktail with onion and sake.

ส่วนผสม
- Fresh red onion — 2 ring
- Sake — 30 ml
- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 3 dash
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE onion in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with onion ring.
