A classic cocktail with bourbon and honey.

- ABV: 18%

- Bourbon whiskey — 45 ml
- Bigallet China China Amer — 15 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 10 ml

- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
