- White truffle honey — 1 spoon
- Japanese blended whisky — 60 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 2 dash
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice filled glass.
