Nolkan Üñüm (paper bird)
A cocktail with a vibrant flavor and interesting presentation.

- ABV: 5%

- Träkál — 30 ml
- Campari Bitter liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Bitter Araucano / Bitter Brusco — 22.5 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass with one big ice cube.
