Nicolas's 'Martini' Thyme
A cocktail with thyme and gin.

- Lemon thyme (remove stalks) — 2 sprig
- Gin — 30 ml
- Green Chartreuse liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE thyme in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
