Mulata Daisy
A cocktail with fennel and rum.

- Fennel seeds — 1 spoon
- Powdered sugar (ground in mortar and pestle) (or use 5ml of 2:1 sugar syrup per spoon) — 1 spoon
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 50 ml
- Galliano L'Autentico liqueur — 10 ml
- De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE fennel seeds in the base of shaker.
- Add lime juice and powdered sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
