Milly Martini
A cocktail with basil and pineapple.

- Basil leaves — 5 fresh
- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 60 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- Lightly MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
