Merchant of Venice
A cocktail with honey and vodka, shaken with egg white.

- ABV: 20%
ส่วนผสม
- Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
- Honey — 2 spoon
- Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve.
- Add other ingredients and DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
