Mark's Ruby
A cocktail with citrus notes and vodka.

- Vodka — 45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — 15 ml
- Grapefruit juice (ruby red) — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
