Marc's Scorpion
A cocktail with rum and citrus, served with overproof rum floated on top.

- แก้ว: Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

- ตกแต่ง: Orange slice & mint sprig
- ABV: 13%
ส่วนผสม
- Flor de Cana Extra Dry 4 Year Old Rum — 60 ml
- Pisco — 15 ml
- Goslings Black Seal Overproof 151 — 15 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 90 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 45 ml
- Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup — 22.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Shake everything but the overproof rum with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Float the overproof rum on top or serve it in a lime shell and light with a match.
