A classic Manhattan with Irish whiskey.

- . Jameson Irish whiskey — 45 ml
- Ardbeg 5yo Wee Bestie — 30 ml
- Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth — 30 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into the ice chilled glass.
- Garnish with none or Maraschino cherry on stick.
