An elegant cocktail with berries and chocolate.

- Blackberries — 3 fresh
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Giffard Framboise de Ronce (raspberry liqueur) — 10 ml
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE blackberries in stirring glass.
- Add other ingredients, STIR with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
