La Charlie Deux Mille Deux
A refreshing cocktail with strawberries and rum.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 50 ml
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 20 ml
- Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) — 10 ml
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 2 fresh
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE 2 Strawberries in the base of the shaker.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into the shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into an ice filled glass.
