Klaudia's Rum Sour
A cocktail with rum and citrus.

- Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years — 50 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Grapefruit sugar syrup (2:1) — 12.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
