A refreshing cocktail with strawberries and ginger beer.

- Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
- Thomas Henry Ginger Beer — Top up with
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE strawberry in base of shaker.
- Add next 4 ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with ginger beer.
