A refreshing cocktail with pear and sake.

- Ketel One Vodka — 45 ml
- Poire William eau-de-vie — 10 ml
- Sake — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pear slice.
