Jakub's Celtic Margarita
A cocktail with blended Scotch whisky and lemon juice.

- Blended Scotch whisky — 45 ml
- Triple sec liqueur (40%) — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
