Irmina's Amaretto Sour
A cocktail with amaretto and lemon juice.

- ตกแต่ง: Lemon & cherry sail (lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick)
- ABV: 12%
ส่วนผสม
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Disaronno amaretto — 45 ml
- Chopin Rye Vodka — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
