Irish Coffee 'Martini'
A cocktail with Irish whiskey and espresso.

- Irish whiskey — 45 ml
- Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot) — 60 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 30 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled martini glass.
