Honi Honi
A tropical cocktail with bourbon.

- แก้ว: Old-fashioned glass
- น้ำแข็ง: Crushed ice
- ตกแต่ง: Pineapple wedge, Luxardo Maraschino cherry & mint sprig
- ABV: 18%
ส่วนผสม
- Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Giffard Orgeat Syrup — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, Luxardo Maraschino cherry & mint sprig.
