Highland Smash
A cocktail with sage and apple notes.

- Sage leaves — 2 fresh
- Caorunn Gin — 50 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Apple juice — 20 ml
- Heather honey — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE sage in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- Shake with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
