Hawaiian Mai Tai
A tropical cocktail with rum and citrus.

- White (charcoal-filtered) 1-3 year old light rum — 60 ml
- Dark/black/blackstrap rum — 60 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 60 ml
- Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup — 22.5 ml
- Orange Curaçao liqueur — 22.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Step 1: SHAKE all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Step 2: STRAIN into a Collins glass.
- Step 3: Garnish with pineapple spear, maraschino cherry and mint sprig.
- Step 4: Enjoy.
