Green Eyes Gin Cocktail
A cocktail with gin and green Chartreuse.

- Gin — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Egg White — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- Dry-shake all ingredients without ice to combine.
- Then add ice and shake again until chilled and foamy.
- Double-strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice; garnish.
