Grapefruit Negroni
A cocktail with bitter and sweet notes.

ส่วนผสม
- Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth — 30 ml
- Gin — 45 ml
- Campari Bitter liqueur — 15 ml
- Ruby red grapefruit — 2 segment
วิธีทำ
- Peel ruby red grapefruit segments, squeeze the juice into shaker.
- Add all spirit ingredients and shake with ice.
- Double strain into an old-fashioned glass.
