Grape Delight
A cocktail with grapes and gin.

- Red grapes (seedless) — 12 fresh
- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Rutte Sloe Gin — 15 ml
- Apple juice — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
