Glad Eye Cocktail
A refreshing cocktail with absinthe and mint liqueur.

- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 45 ml
- Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe — 30 ml
- Chilled water (reduce if wet ice) — 30 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with star anise.
