Ginger & Lemongrass Martini
A fragrant cocktail with ginger and lemongrass.

- Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice) — 1 slice
- Lemongrass stem — 1⁄2 fresh
- Honey — 2 spoon
- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Martini Extra Dry vermouth — 7.5 ml
- Apple juice — 7.5 ml
- Chilled water — 22.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE ginger and lemongrass in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and STIR until honey dissolves.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
