Fumigator Flip
A cocktail with whisky and cherry brandy, shaken with egg.

- ตกแต่ง: Dust with grated nutmeg & Luxardo Maraschino cherry
- ABV: 28%
ส่วนผสม
- Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 7.5 ml
- Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 45 ml
- Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Egg yolk — 1 fresh
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
