A refreshing cocktail with mint and gin.

- Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) — 25 ml
- Mint leaves — 7 unit
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 unit
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with
วิธีทำ
- Put all the ingredients into the shaker with ice and 7 leaves of mint.
- Shake with ice for about 15 seconds.
- Serve in a long glass with ice and top with soda.
