Four Aces
A cocktail with grapes and basil.

- Green grapes (seedless) — 6 fresh
- Ketel One Vodka — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Ginger liqueur — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Basil leaves (torn) — 4 fresh
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
- Add next 5 ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda water, stir and serve with straws.
