A light cocktail with sake and rum.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- Sake — 45 ml
- Italicus liqueur — 10 ml
- Orange Curaçao liqueur — 10 ml

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Float thin apple slice.
