Figgy Thyme

A refreshing cocktail with notes of fig and thyme, perfect for winter celebrations.

• แก้ว: Highball glass
• น้ำแข็ง: Use large ice cubes.
• ตกแต่ง: Garnish with sliced figs and a sprig of thyme.
• ABV: 13%

ส่วนผสม

• Vodka — 60 ml
• Honey — 5 ml
• Figs — 3 pcs
• Thyme — 1 sprig
• Bitters — 2 dashes
• Tonic water — Top off

วิธีทำ

1. In a lewis bag, crush the ice.
2. Pour the ice into a highball glass.
3. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the figs and thyme.
4. Add honey vodka and lemon juice.
5. Add a large ice cube.
6. Shake until well chilled and strain into the glass.
7. Add tonic water and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
