Felix Sidecar Cocktail
A classic cocktail with cognac and lemon juice.

- ตกแต่ง: Orange zest twist (a lemon zest twist is more classic). Some also like a sugared rim but my version of the classic is balanced so rendering this embellishment superfluous.
- ABV: 18%

- Cognac — 45 ml
- Triple sec liqueur (40%) — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Chilled water — 10 ml
- Elderflower liqueur — 15 ml
- Lillet Blanc — 15 ml
- Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange zest.
