• Allspice Jamaica pepper (ground) — 1⁄2 spoon
• Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
• Giffard Salted Caramel Syrup — 15 ml

วิธีทำ

1. MUDDLE allspice and pineapple in base of shaker.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
