Every-Body's Irish Cocktail
A cocktail with Irish whiskey and green chartreuse.

- Irish whiskey — 45 ml
- Green Chartreuse liqueur — 15 ml
- Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe — 7.5 ml
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with a green maraschino cherry.
