A refreshing cocktail with whisky and grapefruit juice.

- Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 45 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 22.5 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 22.5 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with grapefruit zest twist.
