Cucumber and Elderflower Gin Martini
A refreshing martini with cucumber and elderflower.

- Gin — 90 ml
- Elderflower liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Cucumber (fresh) — 4 slice
- Basil leaves — 2 leaf
วิธีทำ
- Muddle cucumber & basil leaves with simple syrup.
- Add other ingredients & ice.
- Shake for at least 10 seconds & double strain.
