Cowboy Hoof Martini
A cocktail with mint and citrus notes.

- Rutte Dry Gin — 75 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura (optional) — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients (including mint) with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange zest twist.
