Combustible Edison
A cocktail with flaming cognac and citrus.

- Italian red bitter liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Warm cognac in a metal ladle and ignite.
- Pour flaming cognac into the glass from a height.
