Claret Snap
A cocktail with bourbon and egg white.

- Bourbon whiskey — 50 ml
- Orange peel infused red wine syrup — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Egg White — 30 ml

- DRY SHAKE everything.
- Then SHAKE with ice.
- Strain in coupe.
