- Orange marmalade — 1 spoon
- Honey — 1 spoon
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
- Lapsang Souchong tea (cold) — 30 ml

- STIR honey and marmalade with rum until dissolved.
- Add tea, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
