A classic cocktail with brandy and orange.

- Orange (fresh fruit) — 1 wedge
- Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries — 1 whole
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 60 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE first 4 ingredients in base of glass.
- Add brandy and 6oz scoop crushed ice.
